As we step into 2022, we leave our past back in 2021. There is so much to be grateful for and we should constantly tell ourselves that, "I am healthy", "I have people that I love" and "I have people who love me". Now follow me and say, "I will focus on myself in 2022. I will love myself and put myself first this year."
The word "resolution" means a firm decision. Having a resolution means making a commitment to yourself and Inez wants you to promise yourself that you will be happy this year, because everyone deserves to. I'm here to share my New Year resolutions with you today and hopefully shed some light on those who want to have New Year resolutions but have no idea where to start from.
